Monitoring - The issue preventing access to Ledger tabs for specific tenants has been resolved.

We are still addressing an issue where some task list items may return errors. Our team is actively working on this and will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

Investigating - We’re aware of an issue where some customers may be unable to access ledger tabs for specific tenants, and certain task list items may return errors. This issue does not affect all tenants or tasks, and appears to be limited to certain accounts.

Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full access as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as we learn more.
